We're delighted to have laid the foundations for a successful 2025 with five new hires.
The five fresh faces cement our continued growth, which in 2024 saw construction completed on our exclusive Eastfields development in Whitton.
Only three homes on the development remain for sale, while just one remains at another exclusive scheme, The Langtons in Redmarshall – reflecting the high-demand for our thoughtfully designed properties.
Additionally, our flagship 198-home Middleton Waters development in Middleton St George also continues to thrive, with significant progress made on-site in 2024 and new homes set to be released throughout 2025. The first homeowners on Phase 2 have settled into their new properties over the last year, creating a vibrant and welcoming community that reflects the development’s vision.
We've also taken bold steps in expanding our footprint, acquiring land for a new 46 home scheme in Sadberge and breaking ground on two new developments. Both Woodberry Park in Staindrop, which will comprise 48 homes, and Beauford Park in Witton Gilbert, offering 29 homes just four miles from Durham City Centre, have already generated excitement among prospective buyers.
And with ambitious growth plans in place for 2025, which include expanding land acquisitions across the region, we're pleased to have strengthened our workforce with the key new hires.
They include experienced Sales Manager Laura Jane Barnes-Martin-Foster, along with Graeme Simpson and Greg Carr, who join respectively as Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager. In addition, Jessica Buttress has started as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, while Sales Executive Lee Bradford rounds-off the new appointments.

We're gearing up for an ambitious 2025, with showhomes and marketing suites launching at Beauford Park and Woodberry Park, and construction set to commence on Saxon Vale in Sadberge.
