Land Acquired for the Remainder of 198-Unit Scheme at Middleton St George

Having successfully delivered 50 units on phase one of our Middleton Waters development in Middleton St George, we're delighted to have acquired the remainder of the 198-unit scheme.

Surrounded by idyllic countryside and boasting local amenities, Middleton Waters creates an aspirational living environment and will be developed in four phases over several years.

We're excited to soon be launching phase two, which will comprise 68 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes thoughtfully designed to appeal to families of all sizes.
